I'm starting to think I should just write off the Ubi and find other methods of voice control. It doesn't even seem like the Ubi developers want to put much effort in these days.

As much as I loved Ubi at first the longer I have it the less it is usable.
I've now have two Amazon Echos Their voice recognition is soo much better as is the sound and the music actually works. Integration with Smartthings and other products is so much easier for automation.
The Ubis' I have are just being used for announcements and if Echo ever picks up this feature the Ubis are toast.
It's a shame to see the innovator in the field slowly dieing.

We're still working on the Ubi and have moved to a new service for voice enabling hardware. That said, we have a small team that's still supporting the Ubis but our bandwidth is very limited.
