Update on fix for Devices not triggering directly

Hi All!

Here is a more simplified process for the fix we posted last week.

-VNC to your affected Ubi unit using your device IP then port 5901 (i.e. 192.198.1.155:5901)
-Go to the Home Screen
-Click Google Play store
-When prompted, enter your Google Account info. ***Remember to please not use your normal Gmail account***
-While in the app store do a search for "Google" (Without the quotes)
-Click on the "Google" app in the list of available apps
-Click on update
-Wait a while for the update to process
*You do not need to update any of the other apps
-Unplug your device for a few minutes then plug back in

Our team is still working on other ways to perform this update remotely.

Thanks to everyone who has contacted us with their successes and feedback. We do understand the huge inconvenience that this may cause and will continue to work on it until we're satisfied there is a final fix.
