We completely understand that Ubi may not be for everyone and may want to sell or give their device to a third party.
While we have absolutely no problem with that, we are running into cases where devices have been sold or given to a third party and they now cannot register it because the device is still attached to the original user account.
Before you sell or give away your Ubi, we do ask a few things.
-If you are having issues with the device please let us know first by opening a support ticket
-Confirm with us the warranty status of the device. (All devices have a one year warranty.)
-You will need to dissociate your Ubi from your account directly
-If you do not know how to dissociate your Ubi, please open a support ticket and we will provide you with directions on how to do so
-There is no factory reset for Ubi, only our team can physically do this when we have the device in our QC
