Our team is aware of an issue that some users may be experiencing when adding a new SmartThings account or adding a new device via the Ubi portal. Especially within the last couple of weeks.
Some users may receive an error: "Possible CSRF detected - state parameter was present but no state could be found" We have now been able to replicate it consistently and the developers are working with SmartThings to find the source of the issue and get it fixed.
We completely understand the frustration and are feeling it ourselves as we know SmartThings is an important device for a lot of users and it's not our objective to cause any ill will. Our team is extremely dedicated & talented, and if it were within our wizards power to fix it, they would do so sleep or no sleep and even forgo watching The Walking Dead!
Once we have a resolution in place that's been extensively tested, we'll post and let you know.
