We wanted to give an update on where we are with shipping.
Our manufacturer had identified an audio issue with some Ubi's we had out in the field and we've been working on replacing them. As a result we had stopped all shipping so we can go through another batch of Ubi's and do some more in depth Quality Control. Beginning yesterday we're starting to ship again in small batches.
We understand this is frustrating, but we would rather the delay and get you an Ubi that works, than be doubly frustrated with the delay and a broken Ubi!
For our international clients, we're in the last stretch of getting the final 60 Ubi's out the door. We've sent out an email asking to please confirm your current shipping address and phone number. If you haven't see it yet, we suggest checking your spam filter. If you don't see it there, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Barring any unseen delays, we are hoping to start shipping internationally after the 11th of August. Please keep an eye out here in the forum for any updates.
